C.O.B.R.A.

C.O.B.R.A. is an acronym for City of Boca Raton Athletics. Each C.O.B.R.A. administrator is a CYSA (Certified Youth Sports Administrator) and is always easily accessible to answer all questions and concerns.

Countess de Hoernle Park offers Adult Softball Leagues every day of the week. Seasons are 10 games long. All teams are competing to qualify for a single elimination playoffs at the end of the season. Prizes include team trophy and tee shirts.

The C.O.B.R.A. Girl's Volleyball League looks to provide an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the game of volleyball, sportsmanship, team play and make new friends.

The C.O.B.R.A. Youth Basketball League is a program based on teaching the fundamentals of basketball and improving the personal growth of our youth. Our goal is to lay down a solid foundation that the children and parents can both learn and grow from. We promote fun while teaching the children the importance of teamwork in a non-competitive setting.

For over ten years the Sugar Sand Park Field House has held Adult Basketball Leagues. Games are on Tuesday nights between 6:30 pm and 10:00 pm. Participants (all 18 years and older) vary in skill from casual players to current and former NBA players.

This program teaches children the basic motor skills necessary to play organized sports while they work one-on-one and spend quality time with their parents. The program focuses on teaching children and their parents basic sports mechanics without the threat of competition or the fear of getting hurt. Seven week sessions (45 minute classes) focus on either Basketball, Baseball, Soccer or Football. (AGES 3-5)

This fun, instructional program teaches children the basic skills (passing, punting, kicking, etc.) to play football.  Every player will have the opportunity to play every position. All games and practices are held at Sand Pine Park. (AGES 6-14)

This program teaches children the fundamentals of baseball.  Participants will have the opportunity to play every position and bat multiple times every game.

Fall t-ball games and practices held at Countess de Hoernle Park. (AGES 4-5)

Spring t-ball & coach pitch games and practices are held at Countess de Hoernle Park.  (AGES 4-7)
