Art in Public Places Exhibitions

The James A. Rutherford Community Center participates in Art in Public Places, a public program whereby artists can exhibit works free of charge in a public space. We accept applications from individuals and groups inside or outside the City of Boca Raton limits. Artists may submit work in a variety of mediums, including painting, photography, sculpture, glass, jewelry, pottery and multimedia.

For exhibition consideration please contact Debbie Cerny, 561-367-7035.

Diane Vumbaco - Studio D

Diane began to explore the creative side of life after retiring from the corporate world.  She quickly developed a love of painting.  Her main medium is acrylics on canvas using a realistic approach.  As an animal welfare advocate, Diane contributes the proceeds from the sale of pet portraits to organizations caring for the most vulnerable animals in shelters, rescue groups or in foster care. Please stop by the James A. Rutherford Community Center here at Patch Reef Park to see Diane's work and to get more information.
